You need to approach a specialist agency like LeSo, and file scanned copies of the original documents like your passport front and back covers, provided the passport has a minimum of 6-month validity on the date of your arrival from Vietnam, confirmed return flight tickets stating the date of arrival and departure and mentioning the ports of entry and exit/airports in Vietnam, a recent passport-size photograph taken against a white background, proof of accommodation on all days of your stay in Vietnam.

A Vietnam eVisa is a short-term visa that lets foreigners visit the country for the purposes of business or tourism. The visa lets you stay in Vietnam for up to 30 days, and is a single-entry visa.

A Vietnam eVisa post submitting your documents to an agency, for instance, you choose www.leso.co.in, who will then go through your papers, fill up the visa application form on your behalf and then send them to the consulate for processing. From the time you file your papers, you can expect your eVisa to come through within 3 to 4 working days, sent directly by LeSo to your registered email id. Leso.co.in charges fees for the entire process, and the fee includes the visa fee charged by the government of Vietnam and LeSo’s commission.

A pre-approved visa on arrival is merely a visa approval letter that comes through the Vietnam high commission, again sent to your email address by your agent. With the help of this paper, you can get your physical visa stamp at the immigration in the airport after completing a set of quick formalities and paying the visa fee directly in cash (USD or Vietnamese Dong). An eVisa is already a proper visa paper, and you need not pay anything further at the airport or produce any other original documents other than your passport. You can quickly exit the airport with this document.

You need to reach out to a specialist like LeSo, decide which kind of visa you wish to opt for whether 1 month single-entry visa, 1 month multiple-entry visa, 3 months single-entry visa, or 3 months multiple-entry visa. Then submit passport front and back covers, considering your passport has at least 6 months validity on the date of your arrival from Vietnam. Fill out personal details and upload your passport and other documents when submitting the application on LeSo. Apart from the standard details asked while filing the application, if LeSo requires any other details, we will contact you on your registered email and mobile number to coordinate further. LeSo will then process your documents and get you your visa approval letter which will arrive directly into your mailbox. Across categories, you can opt for a normal visa which comes through in 2 working days, an urgent visa that takes 1 working day or a super urgent visa that just takes 4 working hours. The visa fee depends on the category of visa whether single or multiple entry and how quickly you need it.

You need to upload scanned copies of the first and last pages of your passport, considering it has a minimum validity of 6 months on your date of arrival from Vietnam, a proof of accommodation accounting for your all days of stay in Vietnam, confirmed return air tickets stating the date of arrival and departure, the entry and exit ports, and a passport-size photograph taken against a white background.

When applying for a Vietnam visa, the photo must be 4cm x 6cm in size. The background should be white, and the face must be clearly visible, with the applicant facing forward. The expression should be neutral, and the eyes must be open.
