LeSo acts as a third-party visa processing facilitator and assists Users with the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications. However, LeSo does not have the authority to grant or reject visas, as the final decision lies solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authorities.

  • The embassy’s workload.
  • Public holidays in the processing country.
  • The complexity of the application.
  • The need for additional documents or interviews.

LeSo provides an estimated processing time but does not guarantee specific approval timelines. Delays may occur due to embassy backlogs, system failures, or sudden policy changes.

Certain visas require in-person interviews at embassies or consulates. LeSo can assist Users by:
Scheduling the interview at a suitable date and time.
Providing a list of frequently asked questions.

Some visa applications require:
📌 Biometric data submission (fingerprints, digital photographs).
📌 Medical tests or health screenings, especially for long-term or work visas.

Users must comply with these requirements as per the embassy’s instructions. Failure to attend biometric or medical appointments may result in visa denial.

3.8 Legal Consequences of Visa Overstay or Misuse

Users granted a visa through LeSo’s facilitation must:
Abide by the visa validity period and exit before expiry.

The payment is declined, reversed, or flagged for security concerns.
The User initiates a chargeback dispute without attempting resolution with LeSo first.
The payment is identified as suspicious or unauthorized.

LeSo reserves the right to ban Users with repeated payment failures or chargeback abuse.

6.5 Violation of Terms and Conditions

If a User violates any terms outlined in this agreement, LeSo may:

Take necessary legal or administrative actions.

Examples of violations include:

  • Disruptive conduct at a booked hotel or tour.
  • Misuse of visa services for unauthorized purposes.

🔴 Example Scenarios:

  • If an embassy changes its visa fee structure, the User may need to pay the updated fee before processing continues.
  • If a hotel in a tour package becomes unavailable, LeSo will arrange a similar or upgraded hotel.

LeSo will ensure that any modifications are communicated transparently to minimize inconvenience.

7.3 User-Initiated Modifications

Users may request modifications to their bookings under the following conditions:

Visa fees, flight tickets, and hotel bookings may be subject to currency exchange rates.
The exchange rate at the time of payment will be final, and LeSo is not responsible for fluctuations after the transaction.
Some payments may be processed in foreign currencies, leading to conversion fees imposed by banks or card issuers.

🔴 Example Scenarios:

  • If a User books a Europe tour in INR but the hotel partner charges in EUR, the final amount may vary based on real-time conversion rates.
  • If an embassy updates visa fees in USD, Users must pay the exact amount applicable on the day of submission.

LeSo does not control or set exchange rates; rates are determined by banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

Excluding any bank transfer fees or currency conversion losses.

🔴 Example Scenarios:

  • If a User pays ₹1,00,000 for a tour in USD, but the exchange rate drops during refund processing, they may receive a lower amount in INR.
  • If an airline cancels an international flight, refunds may be issued after deducting foreign transaction fees.

LeSo is not responsible for losses due to exchange rate changes after a refund request.

10. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

10.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraudulent Activities

LeSo maintains a strict anti-fraud policy to ensure the integrity of its visa processing, tour services, and financial transactions. Users engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior will face immediate service termination, blacklisting, and potential legal action.

🚨 Examples of Fraudulent Activities:

  • Submitting fake documents for visa processing (e.g., altered bank statements, falsified employment letters).
  • Providing false identity information or using another person’s documents.
  • Tampering with airline tickets or hotel bookings.
  • Initiating chargeback fraud after receiving services.
  • Money laundering or unauthorized payment transactions.

Users acknowledge that LeSo reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to embassies, banks, law enforcement, and relevant authorities.

10.2 Identity Verification & Security Checks

To prevent fraud, LeSo may require additional identity verification measures for certain transactions, such as:
 Passport verification before visa submission.
Self-attested declarations confirming the accuracy of submitted information.
One-Time Password (OTP) authentication for payments.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for high-value transactions.

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in:
🚨 Delays in processing.
🚨 Denial of services.
🚨 Permanent blacklisting from LeSo’s platform.

10.3 Prevention of Misuse of Visa Services

Users must not attempt to:
🚫 Apply for a tourist visa with the intent to work illegally in another country.
🚫 Provide misleading or incomplete information in visa applications.
🚫 Use LeSo’s services for immigration fraud.

LeSo cooperates with embassies and immigration authorities to detect fraudulent applications. If a visa is rejected due to fraud, the User may face legal consequences and a lifetime ban from applying for visas through LeSo.

10.4 Compliance with International Laws & Regulations

LeSo adheres to local and international regulations governing travel, visas, and financial transactions. Users must:
Follow country-specific visa and travel rules.
Comply with banking regulations for foreign transactions.
Ensure that their purpose of travel matches their visa type.

LeSo does not facilitate illegal immigration, fake documentation, or unauthorized financial transactions. If a User is found violating laws, LeSo will not be held liable and will report the case to the relevant authorities.

10.5 Blacklisting and Legal Action Against Fraudulent Users

If a User engages in fraudulent activity, LeSo reserves the right to:
🚨 Cancel all ongoing services and bookings without refund.
🚨 Block the User from future transactions.
🚨 Report the fraud to legal authorities, embassies, and financial institutions.

🔴 Example Cases Where Blacklisting Applies:

  • A User submits fake financial proof for a visa and is caught by the embassy.
  • A User disputes a legitimate payment (chargeback fraud) after receiving visa/tour services.
  • A User engages in abusive or unethical behavior toward LeSo staff.

Once blacklisted, the User cannot reapply for any services with LeSo under any circumstances.

10.6 Cooperation with Banks and Authorities for Fraud Prevention

LeSo works closely with:
Banks and payment processors to detect suspicious transactions.
Embassies and consulates to verify visa applicants' details.
Cybersecurity firms to prevent hacking, data breaches, or payment fraud.

Users acknowledge that any suspicious or flagged activity may result in delayed processing, additional verification steps, or legal intervention.

11. Customer Responsibilities for Delays & Issues

11.1 User’s Duty to Provide Complete & Accurate Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all required details (personal information, travel documents, and payment details) are accurate and complete. Any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in the submitted data may cause delays or lead to service denial.

Examples of User Mistakes That Cause Delays:

  • Providing an expired passport number for visa processing.
  • Submitting incomplete or incorrect visa application forms.
  • Entering wrong flight dates when booking a tour package.
  • Delaying response to LeSo’s document requests.

🔴 Impact:

  • Additional fees for corrections or resubmissions.
  • Missed visa deadlines or travel disruptions.
  • Cancellation of services without a refund (if errors are not rectified on time).

Users must double-check all entries before final submission.

11.2 Timely Response to Communication Requests

LeSo may require Users to respond within a specific timeframe to:
Requests for additional documents for visa processing.
 Payment confirmation or verification emails.
Flight, hotel, or tour itinerary approvals.

🚨 Failure to respond within 24-48 hours may result in:

  • Visa processing delays or rejections.
  • Bookings being canceled by airlines/hotels.
  • Loss of promotional rates or discounts.

LeSo is not responsible for delays caused by a User’s failure to provide timely responses.

11.3 Responsibility for Missed Flights, Appointments, and Deadlines

Users must ensure that they:
Arrive at the airport well in advance for flights.
Attend embassy visa interviews at the scheduled time.
Meet visa submission deadlines before travel.

🔴 LeSo is not responsible for:
🚫 Users missing flights due to personal delays.
🚫 Visa appointment no-shows due to negligence.
🚫 Expired visa applications due to late submissions.

If a User misses an appointment or deadline, they must rebook or reapply at their own expense.

11.4 Compliance with Local Laws & Regulations

Users must adhere to:
Local immigration and visa policies in their travel destination.
Tourist conduct laws, including safety regulations at hotels or attractions.
Financial and tax obligations, such as paying local taxes where applicable.

🚨 If a User violates local laws (e.g., overstays a visa, breaks a country's travel rules), LeSo is not liable for legal consequences.

Users are fully responsible for understanding and complying with all legal requirements.

11.5 Liability for Additional Costs Due to User Negligence

Users are financially responsible for any extra costs resulting from:
Rebooking flights or hotels due to incorrect travel dates.
Paying fines for incorrect visa applications.
Extra service fees for urgent requests due to last-minute errors.

🔴 Example Scenarios:

  • A User enters the wrong passport number, and the embassy rejects the application—requiring a new application with additional charges.
  • A User forgets to bring necessary documents for a visa appointment, resulting in rescheduling fees.
  • A User misses their tour departure time, and rescheduling is not possible.

LeSo will assist in rectifying issues where possible, but all additional costs must be borne by the User.

11.6 Technical & System Issues

While LeSo strives for a smooth experience, technical errors (e.g., website downtime, payment gateway failures, or booking system lags) may occur. Users must:
Notify LeSo immediately if they encounter booking/payment errors.
Wait for resolution before reattempting payments to avoid duplicate charges.
Understand that LeSo is not responsible for third-party system failures beyond its control.

If a payment fails due to a bank or payment gateway issue, the User must contact their bank for resolution.

12. Lost Documents & Courier Liability

12.1 User Responsibility for Document Submission

Users must ensure that all physical documents (such as passports, visa forms, and supporting paperwork) submitted for visa processing are:
Complete and in proper condition before dispatch.
Sent through a secure courier service if mailing documents.
Properly labeled with correct recipient details (when sending documents to embassies, consulates, or LeSo).

🔴 LeSo is not responsible for:
🚫 Documents that are incomplete, incorrect, or damaged before submission.
🚫 Delays in document receipt due to incorrect mailing addresses.
🚫 Losses due to user negligence (e.g., misplacing their own passport).

12.2 Courier Handling and Third-Party Risks

For Users opting to send or receive documents via courier services, LeSo partners with third-party logistics providers for secure handling. However, LeSo does not have direct control over courier operations, and Users acknowledge the following risks:
Delays due to courier service backlogs or weather conditions.
Mishandling or loss of documents by the courier company.
Courier service refusals due to restrictions in specific regions.

🚨 If a document is lost or delayed by a courier company, LeSo will assist in tracking it but is not financially responsible for any losses.

12.3 Embassy & Consulate Document Handling

Once a User’s documents are submitted to an embassy or consulate, they are under government authority jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that:
LeSo cannot control processing times at embassies.
Embassies may misplace documents in rare cases (which is beyond LeSo’s control).
Embassies may return passports/documents via their own courier partners, and LeSo has no influence over embassy-selected courier providers.

If a document is misplaced by the embassy, LeSo will assist the User in filing a request for retrieval or re-issuance, but the final decision lies with the embassy.

12.4 Liability for Lost or Damaged Passports

If a User’s passport is lost in transit, whether by courier, embassy, or other third parties, LeSo is not liable for replacing or compensating for the loss. The User must:
Immediately report the lost passport to the authorities (local police and embassy).
Apply for a re-issuance of a new passport at their nearest passport office.
Update LeSo if their visa application is affected due to the loss.

LeSo will assist the User where possible, but all financial or procedural burdens fall on the User.

12.5 Insurance for Valuable Documents

Users are encouraged to:
Insure their documents with a travel insurance provider for protection against loss or theft.
Use premium courier services that offer document tracking and compensation for losses.
Keep copies of all essential documents (passport, visa pages, identity proof) before submission.

🚨 LeSo does not provide document insurance, and Users must take independent precautions.

12.6 Recovery Assistance in Case of Lost Documents

If a User’s documents are lost by an external party (courier, embassy, or travel provider), LeSo will:
Provide guidance on reapplying for lost documents.
Assist in filing a document loss report (if required).
Help coordinate resubmission of visa applications where applicable.

However, LeSo cannot guarantee document retrieval or financial reimbursement for lost items.

13. Promotional Offers & Discounts

13.1 General Terms for Promotions

LeSo periodically offers discounts, promotional deals, and limited-time offers on its visa processing, tour packages, and travel-related services. These offers are subject to:
Availability for a limited time and may expire without prior notice.
Specific eligibility criteria, such as first-time Users, referrals, or bulk bookings.

🚫 Cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly mentioned.
🚫 Not applicable to government fees (e.g., visa fees paid directly to embassies).
🚫 Subject to minimum booking requirements (e.g., discounts applicable only on bookings above ₹10,000).
🚫 Exclusions on certain services, such as emergency visa processing or last-minute tour bookings.

Each discount has its own validity period, and expired offers cannot be reinstated.

13.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Promotional Bookings

If a User cancels a service booked with a promotional discount, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the promotional benefit received.
Non-refundable promotional offers cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If a service is canceled by LeSo due to unforeseen reasons, Users may receive a credit for future use instead of a refund.

🔴 Example Scenario:

  • If a User booked a ₹20,000 tour with a ₹2,000 discount and later cancels, the refundable amount will be calculated based on ₹18,000 (not the full ₹20,000).

13.5 Fraudulent Use of Discounts

Users attempting to misuse or exploit promotional offers by:
🚨 Creating multiple fake accounts to claim first-time User discounts.
🚨 Using false referrals to earn extra credits.
🚨 Applying expired or inapplicable promo codes.

… may have their discounts revoked, and their account may be blacklisted from future promotions.

LeSo reserves the right to deny promotional benefits to any User engaging in fraudulent practices.

13.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

LeSo reserves the right to:
Modify, extend, or discontinue any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

All promotions are subject to LeSo’s final decision, which cannot be contested.

LeSo will not edit or manipulate User content in a misleading manner.
LeSo will not sell User-generated content to third parties.

Vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever, Polio, COVID-19).
Medical screenings, if required by the embassy or airline.

LeSo strongly recommends that Users purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical emergencies (hospitalization, accidents, treatment costs).

Emergency evacuation and repatriation if required.

🚨 LeSo does not provide medical insurance and will not be liable for medical expenses incurred during travel.

15.3 COVID-19 & Other Pandemic-Related Policies

Due to evolving health guidelines, Users may be subject to:
 Pre-departure PCR or antigen tests.
Quarantine requirements upon arrival or return.

Users are expected to:
Follow safety guidelines at airports, hotels, and tour locations.

🚨 LeSo is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or legal issues arising from a User’s failure to follow safety rules.

Some embassies require:
Medical check-ups for long-term visas (e.g., work, study, or residency visas).
Proof of vaccination history before issuing visas.

Users must confirm these requirements before applying for a visa, as missing documents may lead to visa denial.

LeSo reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or alter tour itineraries due to:
Weather disruptions (storms, floods, extreme conditions).

Whenever modifications occur, LeSo will:

LeSo accepts multiple payment methods, but certain transactions may include:
Bank-imposed foreign transaction fees (if paying in a non-INR currency).

LeSo has sole discretion in deciding whether to lift a blacklist status.

20. International Transaction Fees

20.1 Applicability of International Transaction Fees

LeSo provides visa and tour services that may require cross-border payments, leading to potential international transaction fees imposed by:
Banks and card issuers for payments in foreign currencies.
 Payment gateways processing international transactions.
Conversion fees when paying in a currency different from INR.

🚨 LeSo does not control or profit from these fees; they are imposed by financial institutions.

Foreign Transaction Fees – A percentage of the total amount charged by banks.
Cross-Border Payment Surcharges – Additional costs for transactions processed outside India.

To minimize international transaction fees, Users can:
Use a forex-enabled credit/debit card to avoid extra conversion costs.
Pay in INR where possible to avoid bank-imposed conversion surcharges.

Refunds for international transactions are subject to:
Exchange rate differences at the time of refund.
Deduction of any non-refundable transaction fees charged by banks.

Users must avoid unauthorized chargebacks on international transactions. If a dispute arises:
The User must first contact LeSo’s support team for resolution.
Illegitimate chargebacks (e.g., disputing a valid visa/tour purchase) may result in blacklisting from LeSo services.
Banks may impose penalties for excessive or fraudulent chargeback claims.

LeSo will assist with legitimate disputes, but final resolution depends on the bank and payment provider’s policies.
